Shipping Delays.

If you experience a delay in receiving you order we have been advised by Royal Mail to wait up to 10 working days due to a reduction in service levels at local mail centres or delivery offices.

Royal Mail are currently tasked with assisting the NHS in shipping and returning Coronavirus testing kits. As such, we appreciate your patience whilst they deliver your order. Read more about the amazing work of Royal Mail and their cooperating with the NHS here:

We aim to despatch all orders from our warehouse in 2-3 working days using 2nd Class Royal Mail. Standard delivery times once despatched are 2-3 working days including Saturdays. If you are ordering large quantities please get in touch at as there maybe an alternative shipping option available to you.


If for any reason you are not happy with the goods received, you may return the unused purchase to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery. We cannot accept returned goods that have been used or modified.

Please notify us of your intention to return the goods by completing this online form. The form should then be included with your purchase and placed in a Jiffy bag or similar so that the goods are protected in transit. Please return to.
