SAME DAY DESPATCH
All orders placed by 3pm on working days will be despatched the same day.
All orders placed after 3pm will be despatched from our warehouse in 2-3 working days.
Our standard delivery service is using Tracked 2nd Class Royal Mail. Standard delivery times once dispatched are 2-3 working days including Saturdays.
Our Courier delivery service is standard for all orders over £23. Standard courier delivery times once dispatched are next working day excluding Saturdays.

APC COURIER SERVICE
You’ve received a ‘order carded’ note and need to book a re-delivery.
You can arrange to have your item redelivered to the same address within 3 business days following the attempted delivery. If your delivery is not rearranged during this time your order will be returned at a charge to us. In order to send out your order again you will be charged the standard courier shipping rate of £7.99.
ROYAL MAIL TRACKED SERVICE
You’ve received a ‘something for you’ card and need to book a re-delivery.
You can arrange to have your item redelivered to the same address 30 calendar days following the attempted delivery. If your delivery is not rearranged during this time your order will be returned to us. In order to send out your order again you will be charged the standard tracked shipping rate of £4.99.
If for any reason you are not happy with the goods received, you may return the unused purchase to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery. We cannot accept returned goods that have been used or modified.
Please notify us of your intention to return the goods by completing this online form. The form should then be included with your purchase and placed in a Jiffy bag or similar so that the goods are protected in transit. Please return to.
